Friday 19th July 2024. 8am. There has been a major IT incident, it is effecting all GP practices, but also lots of other government agencies. We are unable to access our clinical records, appointment booking software or patient details. If you have a pre-booked appointment we will do our best to see you, but it may not be appropriate or safe to do so. If you have a pre-booked appointment, please attend the surgery as normal. For urgent on the day appointments, please bear with us, we currently have no safe way to see these patients, but are developing plans. Sorry for the inconvenience.
