Phone Problems - 13/11/24

We are aware there are national problems with our phone supplier which may stop patients being able to call in to the surgery or, once they have called in, it may disconnect them.

Remembrance Day Silence

Please be aware. In recognition of Remembrance Day and in honour of all those who have served our country, staff will be holding a 2 minute silence at 11am on Monday 11th November.

The number of telephone calls we received in October 2024 was 10,577.

Monday 04/11/24 - No IT Syst

Monday 4th November 2024 - All IT systems down.

Missed Appointments - Oct 24

There were 250 missed appointments in October 2024.

IT Issues - Update Mon 04/11

Monday 4th November 2024 - 9:20am - Our IT systems appear to be back online, although a few intermittent problems remain, we are slowly returning to normal working practices.

Closed For Training - Oct 24

Please note the surgery will be closed from 1:00pm Tuesday 15th October 2024 for training. During this period, please call 111 for medical inquiries or 999 for emergencies. The surgery will re-open as normal at 8am on Wednesday, 16th October 2024.
