We are unable to order medication or complete repeat prescription requests due to the worldwide IT issues.

 

If you are in urgent need of medication and use a regular pharmacy they may be able to loan you a small amount of medication to cover you until systems are back up and running. This will depend on the pharmacy you use. Alternatively you can contact NHS 111 who may be able to organise an emergency script. Please bear in mind, both these services are likely to be experiencing extreme pressure themselves.
